Space clearing is the removal of unwanted, lower vibrations from a particular house or space.  Sacred herbs are used for cleansing, Reiki methods are employed, special sounds are used, as well as powerful prayers for the health and well-being of the place.  Before I will perform a space clearing, a thorough cleaning and scrubbing of the area is required.   It is also a good idea for you to get rid of some clutter in the affected area.  Doing a space clearing without having the space cleaned thoroughly would be like getting ready for a fancy dress ball without bathing and washing your hair!  

Space clearing is particularly useful for clearing out old energies, such as when you purchase a new house or move into a new apartment.  The old residents leave behind their “energy signature”, and you want to start afresh with your family’s energy, without the contamination of the former residents.  If our goal on this earth is to move our soul forward, and not stay stagnant, space clearing is highly recommended.
